The car was not there because of an accident, I was promised to have one in a couple of hours. I came back and I got a smaller one where I couldnt fit my luggage and my other two passengers had to book their own car. I complained at the telephone and they promised to call me back. never happened. I complained at the desk at the car return and I was promised to get per email a voucher for a future rental (same amount paid). Never happened. Really terrible service, never happened to me to be treated this way after years of car rental on a regular base.
